Crochet Club Crochet Club

Learn how to crochet with Cookie Blakenship, or just come and share crochet interests with the group. For beginners,please bring 4 ply yarn and a "G" size crochet hook to the class. Experienced folks bring whatever you are working on. All skill levels are welcome.

Go Fish Family Passes Go Fish Family Passes

Each library branch now has a pass that can be checked out and used for admission to the Go Fish Education Center! The center gives visitors a fun and informative look at Georgia's diverse aquatic wildlife and natural habitats. The pass is good for 1 week and will admit up to 6 people.

About the Headquarters Branch

Headquarters Library is the largest of the six branches in the Clayton County Library System. Headquarters Branch offers many activities for people of all ages, including Baby Talk, a weekly program for infants and toddlers up to 20 months of age, and weekly story times for preschool children. Please check our Calendar of Events for details.

Headquarters library offers numerous public computer workstations, research assistance at the Information Desk, a Genealogy Research Room, a large number of study tables and comfortable seating areas, and two meeting rooms that are available for booking by the public (please call for details). The Friends of the Library holds their monthly meetings at the Headquarters library.

Architecture:
The design of the Clayton County Headquarters Library won the American Institute of Architects/American Library Association Library Buildings Award in 1991 and a national Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects in 1989.
