| Description | We would like to celebrate the Twenty-First National African American Read-In by conducting our own read-in during our preschool story time. We will be presenting books that feature African American writers. Other activities will include songs, finger plays, and movement. For more information and to register your child please call the library at 770-472-8129. Recommended for ages 3-6 years.
Groups are welcome but must register in advance. The Read-In has been endorsed and sponsored by the International Reading Association, the National Council of Teachers of English, The Black Caucus of NCTE and the NCTE. |
