Kids Corner | Teen Reading | Clayton County Library Home
Catch the Reading Bug this summer at the Clayton County Library System and discover the amazing world of insects. May 31st is the first day of the “Catch the Reading Bug” 2008 Vacation Reading Program. Catch The Reading Bug is open for infants through age 11. The theme for this year's Teen Reading Program is “Metamorphosis.”
Pick up a reading log at any of our branches to keep track of your reading. Earn incentives based on the number of books you read or the number of hours spent reading. You can read anywhere - home, school, vacation. Where ever you like.
All programs, materials, and incentives are free! Watch for our big “Kick Off” and 20th Anniversary event, for adults and youth on Saturday, June 7, at the Headquarters Library, 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Vacation Reading Programming will continue through August 6th, 2008. Keep your eye on our online calendar for these events this summer:
