Can I use my flash drive on the library's computers?
Yes, you can! In fact, we recommend using flash drives to store your work. Some of our older computers have floppy disk drives, but our newer computers do not.
If you do not have a flash drive, they are available for sale at each of the library branches for $7.50 each.
The Storage Devices attachment on this page has more information on how to use your flash drive.
Another benefit that few people know about - if you have a PDF document or JPG (image) file saved on your flash drive that you wish to print out, you can do so directly from the library's photocopiers/scanners without needing to make a computer reservation first! Just ask a staff member if you would like assistance.
